There is no obligation whatsoever we understand that it's your event or function and how important it is to you to get everything right.
It would help if you could have as much information about the event as possible such as:-

What Date? (Plus second choice if that is an option). We can give you an instant answer to our availability. (No need to wait for us to get back to you).
What is the venue address?
What is the planned start & finish time?
What time you expect your guests/customers/audience to arrive?
What type of function is it? (Private Party, Fund Raiser, Club Social - Etc.).
No of people invited or number of tickets that you hope to sell.
Do you plan to have anyone else (DJ/Other Musician) on the bill?
Do you want us to provide Background Music / Party Music on CD before, between and after our live spots?
Do you want us to do a 'Fun Lancashire Quiz' during the break?
Anything else you need to ask us (You can always come back later re anything you have forgotten).
